Palladium Capital Advisors LLC is a rapidly growing FINRA/SIPC-member investment bank that hires a highly-qualified graduating college senior each year to join as a full-time analyst. We typically require candidates to interview with all of our managing directors, principals and associates before they can be considered for a full-time position. Analysts have the opportunity to learn about our business, develop important relationships inside and outside the firm and build the skills necessary to carry them through to the next level of their careers. Our analysts will have ample opportunities to work directly with senior bankers and maintain contact with our clients. Upon completion of the three-year program, select analysts may be asked to remain with the firm as associates.
The role of the analyst at Palladium Capital advisors includes:
-Performing extensive valuation and pricing analyses
-Financial statement modeling and analysis
-Developing high impact financial and strategic presentations
-Analyzing companies in a wide range of industries and transactions
-Managing multiple tasks among different deal teams
