THE TUBE Media Corp. ("TUBE Media") is a media holding company whose core operating business is its wholly owned subsidiary, THE TUBE Music Network ("THE TUBE"). THE TUBE is currently broadcasting live on satellite, delivering 24-hour music programming in 7.9 million digital cable homes.
TUBE Media was developed with a singular vision; to be a leading distributor of music through television, the Internet, CDs and DVDs. TUBE Media seeks to leverage awareness of THE TUBE Music Network to cultivate loyalty to THE TUBE brand and further develop the innovative concepts that define the network. This strategy will enable TUBE Media to stimulate demand for a wider range of product and service offerings.
Initially, THE TUBE Music Network will serve as the primary revenue driver for TUBE Media. The network itself will generate revenue from advertising as well as from the sale of music and music-related merchandise.
