Palladium Capital Advisors Raises $550,000 in Seed Capital for Aprecia, Inc.

March 18, 2006: Palladium Capital Advisors, LLC is pleased to announce the completion of an initial round of financing for Aprecia, LLC, in which it acted as exclusive placement agent and raised $550,000 in seed capital. Aprecia intends to develop the next generation of security tools to help the Thoroughbred Racing industry provide an environment that meets regulatory scrutiny with regard to wagering fraud and anti-money laundering. The funds will be primarily used for product development, completion high visibility pilot projects, support of reseller sales efforts, and operational capital.
