Efraim Rooz has specialized in sophisticated corporate transactions for over fifteen years. Most recently, he had been a partner of a private Wall Street legal practice. He has represented national and international companies, as well as smaller firms that under his auspices have become conglomerates. Mr. Rooz also has experience with complex commercial litigation, mainly antitrust and constitutional cases.
