Gavin Ralbag comes to Palladium Capital Advisors from the Crystal Capital Partners group which specializes in providing advisory services to the middle market business community. He also worked in the Crystal International Travel Group, a publicly traded company, where he helped launch their Intellifares product. Gavin earned a Bachelors of Science degree in Finance and graduated with Summa Cum Laude honors from Touro College in New York .
