Michael Hartstein, MBA

In early 2005 Mr. Hartstein joined Palladium Capital Advisors to co-found our capital markets division. In under three years he has built the firm into one of the top 25 most active placement agents in the USA. Mr. Hartstein has facilitated dozens of private placements for public companies, private ventures, and hedge funds totaling in the hundreds of millions of dollars. His specialties include Private Investments in Public Equity ("PIPEs"), reverse mergers, and credit facilities for asset-backed financing. Prior to joining Palladium Capital Advisors, Michael served as Managing Principal and Co-Founder of Paravane Partners, a provider of sophisticated trading algorithms to the institutional investor marketplace. His investment banking experiences have included positions in New York at Broadmark Capital and Eurovaleur, a European boutique investment bank, as well as internationally in Melbourne, Australia and Tel-Aviv, Israel. Mr. Hartstein graduated with a Bachelors degree from Telshe College, and earned his MBA from Israelīs Bar Ilan University.
