Our firm currently has no openings for Internships.

When we seek an intern, he or she will typically be a studying at a university in or near New York City and seeking to prepare for a career in finance/investment banking. To date, all of our interns have subsequently found employment at bulge-bracket banking firms upon graduation. We also typically have capacity for a summer intern. Internships at Palladium are unpaid, but offer interns the opportunity to be much closer to the deals than typical investment banking internship because of the boutique nature of our firm.

The role of intern at Palladium Capital Group includes:

• Utilization of the interns special interests (e.g. graphic design, web design, computer networking, etc.)
• Developing high impact financial and strategic presentations
• Learning first hand about broker-dealer administration & compliance
• Analyzing companies in a wide range of industries and transactions
• Managing multiple tasks among different deal teams

Our ideal candidate will have:

-Analytical/modeling skills -Proficiency with the MS Office Suite -Be highly technologically literate -Entrepreneurial, self-motivated, work ethic -Ability to manage time and meet deadlines -Strong verbal and written communication skills
