NEW YORK, NY, November 14, 2007 – Palladium Capital Advisors, LLC today announces the appointment of Gerry DeHaven as Director of its Communications and Technology Investment Banking practice. This addition signals the firm’s commitment to provide premier services specifically to emerging growth technology and telecom companies. Mr. DeHaven will be responsible for further developing the firm’s full range of services in this sector.

Mr. DeHaven brings more than 20 years of telecommunications experience in investment banking, sales, business development, and operations management. Immediately prior to joining Palladium, Mr. DeHaven served as Managing Director at Blue Beacon Capital, LLC a boutique telecom, media and technology-focused investment bank. He most recently managed Speakeasy’s $97M sale to Best Buy as well as transactions with several other leading IP and VoIP related firms such as Airband, CommPartners, ClearEnd, CMS, Covista, General Telecom, Latinode, Net2Phone, New Global Telecom, Redwire, Shared Technologies, STS Telecom and others. Prior to Blue Beacon Capital, Mr. DeHaven served as President for Broadvox, a leading VoIP network provider. Mr. DeHaven co-founded and served as Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of Blink Data Corporation, an integrated communications provider that was acquired by Covista Communications where he was retained as Executive Vice President of Sales and Marketing. He has also held senior management positions at other communications companies including Vista International Communications, a company he co-founded and later sold to ACC, and Viatel.
