New York, NY–(February 10, 2014) – Palladium Capital Advisors, LLC today announced that it worked with Cavu Securities, LLC to complete a private placement offering of 10% convertible promissory notes issued by California Gold Corp (the “Company”)  for a total of $2,942,495 in gross proceeds for the Company.
