NEW YORK, Aug. 17, 2012 – Palladium Capital Advisors, LLC (“Palladium”) announced today that it successfully completed a $5.5 million round of financing as lead placement agent for SNIP, Inc. (“Snip”).

Snip is a privately held company focused on the economic benefits of intellectual property assets through acquiring or internally developing patents or other intellectual property assets (or interests therein) and then monetizing such assets through a variety of value enhancing initiatives, including, but not limited to: licensing, customized technology solutions (such as applications for medical electronic health records), strategic partnerships and litigation.
