On October 25, 2013, Palladium Capital Advisors completed the sale of 3,500 shares of Series A Preferred Stock (“Series A”) of Biozone Pharmaceuticals, Inc. (the “Company”) in a private placement offering to 22 accredited investors for total gross proceeds of $3,500,000.
