NEW YORK, NY – Palladium Capital Advisors, LLC today announced that it acted as non-exclusive advisor to PhaseRx, Inc. in its $18.5 million initial public offering (IPO).

PhaseRx, Inc. (NASDAQ:PZRX), a biotechnology company focused on developing mRNA therapeutics to treat orphan liver diseases, priced of its initial public offering of 3,700,000 shares of common stock at an initial public offering price of $5.00 per share for an aggregate offering of $18.5 million, before underwriting discounts and commissions. In addition, PhaseRx has granted the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 555,000 shares of common stock at the initial public offering price to cover over-allotments, if any.

The shares of PhaseRx stock began trading on The NASDAQ Capital Market on May 18, 2016 under the ticker symbol “PZRX.” The offering is expected to close on May 23, 2016, subject to the satisfaction of customary closing conditions.
